Comment Spam Bots

Every time I go through the comments, it is full of spam. All to often, it is easy to ignore and just delete them all. This may result in legitimate comments not being published. For this I apologise. However this is a symptom of a sick website, one that is woefully underutilised, for which I must also apologise.

Though going through some of the spam, I did stumble accross this link. Yes, linked to me by spam bots:

http://www.biblehealth.com/cataracts/what-causes-cataracts.html

Seriously? Obviously some god botherers aren't above promoting themselves in illegitimate or annoying ways. Either that, or there are an awful lot of christian posers who simply wish to prey on the wallets of christians. Somehow I suspect it is the latter, as there is pretty much no reference to god or the bible on that page or the about us page. And who can blame them? It is called bible health, it must be advice from the good book! Maybe I am being just a little bit patronising, but there would be a small number of people who would fall for it.
